“During the unboxing, I noticed the bottom grab handle and rear seals/adhesive failed and completely came apart. This thing did not even make it on the first trip before I had to send it back. Very disappointing.”
“Sure it’s a bit expensive but quality gear always is and for good reason. I’ve tried three other similar products and this by far is the best. The pressure never drops off and with the added heater, there’s nothing else out there like this. Also, when the heater “didn’t work,” (because I didn’t read the directions and keep the running lights on), I called and they sent me a new one right away even though the “broken” one was probably fine. This is why I give it 5 stars, not only for a solid product, but excellent customer service. American companies matter, and RinseKit is a great one!”
“So far build quality is great. Water pressure is better than pressure based units. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that the electric motor freaked out my dogs a little but I’m sure by the end of beach season they will get used to it!!”
“Only used it once so far and overall it seems to be a good product. I was disappointed to discover that the adhesive, attaching the Velcro, fill cap, flap, has already started to detach from the bag, however.
Again, seemingly a good product, but some of the finer details could use some adjustment.”

“Love the product idea and design, but the glued joints all around the water infill and the infill cover are coming off already after the first use. This is not what you expect for this price. We are unfortunately very disappointed.”

“Awesome and very portable shower. Great quality. I only wish that the side handle was strong enough to pick up the rinse kit with water in it. Also would love to see an internal water heater would be amazing. Otherwise the kit works great and is easy to use with a great battery to pressurize the water tank.”
