“Absolutely horrible and not worth the cost. It fell apart after one use. Poorly designed. Very frustrating because I wasn’t able to get my money back for the first one that I bought. So I bought a second one thinking it was just a bad batch. But the second one that I just received is just as terrible! Velcro is not sticking, leaking, valves are missing, or have fallen off. Truly it’s the worst product that I have ever bought in my life. I wish you give me my money back, but customer service won’t return a call or email or anything!! I will never ever buy anything from this company again. $1400 plus dollars for two of these down the drain. Very disappointed in the lack of support from customer service and in this product.”

We are so sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the RinseKit PRO PAK. We do not have any correspondence with you besides a voicemail from 12/29. We returned that call, left a voicemail and never heard back.

“Was cautiously optimistic as had previously purchased the Rinsekit Plus 2 gal and was not impressed with its features as presented in the online info.
But the Pro Pak has worked very well so far. Have to wait and see how it holds up over the long hall. But early indications are its going to be good!”

“The unit works great. However all of the seams and glue has come up on handles, Velcro on the cap cover, fabric around the cap, and on the straps. Quality seem to be very poor. Only had the unit for a couple days when glue lifted.”
