“Every piece that they have chosen for some reason to glue on has come apart or broken within the first couple uses. Even the backpack straps are made weakly. Weak metal pieces that fall off constantly that you do jot want to lose. Get the bucket instead. This backpack is not developed well enough yet.”

“I made this purchase as a cooling down system for my daughters summer soccer league. I understood that the end straps are not weight bearing once the tank is full, but the instructional videos did mention you could back it in the back of a truck securely. That’s exactly what i did, only to find the Velcro piece that covers the fill cap, unglued. For this amount of money, it should at least stay together longer than day one.”

Thank you for leaving the PRO PAK a review. That is correct! You can slip it into the back of your truck as long as the PAK is oriented so that the top, with the fill cap, is facing upward. The EVA foam bottom is durable and can handle these kinds of scenarios. I understand your frustrations and we would be happy to help you out.
