“I brought a new Road Angel, which did not work. I sent back and had to buy another, then wait for a refund which several weeks, which then was paid in 2 tranches.

“The Road Angel Pure One is very impressive piece of kit for your car. I will be returning back due to the fact your subscription is far too expensive. Reason for the 1 star is I dont understand why you would charge, so much subscription.”
“Constant low power warning on device when fitted to cigarette socket. When rang customer service and technical service, I was told the problem would be solved by hard wiring the unit.
This would cost over £100! This problem is not made obvious at point of sale.
I sent an email to Road Angel to complain and to date I have received nothing in response.

“I have had about 5 of these over the years and they all been brilliant, the battery life is normally awful but if you know that then its ok. I have just got a new pure one and the customer servioce whilst trying to set my new unit up to my old is account is diabolical and i'm even thinking of sending this neww one back and going for a different product.”
