“I applied to purchase a new set of Halo sticky pads, only to be told that they do not sell them. I was told to purchase them elsewhere.
I then asked to speak to someone in Customer Service or a Manager, without the Managers intervention the sale would have been lost.
With regard to the cost , - excessive.
