“I love the quality of this dash cam. I am a driving instructor so absolutely paramount for me to have the security of a good dash cam system.
However, my problem is when I come to review / download footage. I find it a almost impossible to get what I want to see , when I want to see it!
The cursor seems to go too far back or stay at the end of the record line!
It’s extremely frustrating as I would like to be able to share/recap with pupils regarding their lessons, helping with decision making, and of course the actions of other drivers.
Disappointed because of this, because if I was just constantly watching it on my phone , it would be amazing!
Of course this then brings up the other problem that the ignition/engine has to be on to review, if it’s possible to review, which again conjures up the illegality of this system. Not good using a phone at the side of the road, with a pupil in sutu!”

“Great front and rear dashcam, initially a fault with connection cable but this was rectified and Roadangel sent out a full replacement, everything working 100% perfect now, would certainly use this company again in the future.”

“Fitted physically including hardware kit fine. Downloaded APP fine. Front Camera fine but Rear Camera picture - inverted...no problems website gave instructions using APP. Only problem - APP didn't have the function. tech support then said I need to download latest DashCam firmware. Couldn't get files onto SD card via reader (maybe too old) - eventually slaved SD card into phone and transferred - seemingly OK. Put SD card with "Upgrade" folder at top file level - as instructed. Powered up as told but Camera did not call "Upgrading" as expected - only said activated...no update. The saga continues..still dont have full functionality of APP and rear cam still inverted picture. day 4 and still not resolved. Could be me but this isn't as simple as instructions suggest. Some good functionality on APP but slave to the phone . PS - Other things that annoy - cant just disconnect Cam and use to read card direct onto PC using USB-C. Need to take out SD card - and when reading it is basic drawing on individual files. Everything really has to be done by phone APP.. Saw previous Road Angel Viewer from many years ago that seemed much more user friendly - where has it gone? Messaged Road Angel but no response yet - will update review if things improve.”
