“Previously complained about 4 days of torture trying to get Rear Camera picture Flip functionality working. All resolved - though it wasn't helped when I selected the "new firmware" option on the APP and it said I had the latest - which I didn't. I went on website and needed Firmware 3.6.3.43. Anyway - when I had downloaded and unzipped the update previously, I had picked up the wrong folder called "Update" - there were 2 - one with files with lots of content - one in a subfolder where all the files were 1KB. Used the correct folder and the update happened as advertised. Now have rear camera flip vertically and horizontally. Camera now seems to work fine - Front better pic than rear. Rear not great at night. But still a bit of a pain that most functionality is through Phone APP and cant seemingly get the same by plugging camera or SD Card into PC.”

Point Positif - La caméra est très facile à mettre en place. Son raccordement et sa mise en place sont très facile facile à réaliser. Elle est très discrète lorsqu'on essaye d'apercevoir l'appareil. Une qualité de vidéo irréprochable pour mon premier achat de dashcam et un grand angle de vue en regardant les vidéos par le téléphone ou par un programme de vidéo sur ordinateur.
Point Négatif - Après que la voiture soit stationné, la caméra se met en low power standby mode. Est-ce que cette fonctionnalité peut être enlever pour avoir un enregistrement en continue, même en nuit, pour plus de sécurité?

“I am a driving instrutor and i use the rear cam for filming whilst driving, once we have finished the lesson I normally show the student what happneded outside the car and what theire reaction was, this as helped them wonders and picks up on bad habits fast when they can see what they are.”
“Having had a Road Angel for quite a few years, I added a Halo Pro Dashcam ( many thanks to the Road Angel Group competition) and what a great piece of kit. I got my garage to install it, mainly due to hiding the wiring, the picture quality is unbelievable and the parking mode is really useful. It doesn’t take your eyes off the road because there’s no live screen but when you check your phone it’s all there, where you can delete,edit, save on your phone or just on the SD card. Amazing piece of kit and it sure has improved my driving. 5* equipment from a 5* company!”
“The front and rear dashcam both can make out a lot any time of day which will be very useful if you have to make any insurance claims. I like how the front camera is more sleek and less distracting than others. My only issue is the app, it is very buggy and lacking in features.”
