“I sent my road angel in for repair. You received it on the fifteenth of november still not got it back. I have rung up repeatedly. Keep getting fobbed off absolute disgusting. I plugged my road angel in for an update and it corrupted itself so I have had to send it back to you. You have charged me for a repair which I don't think I should have to pay. I am still paying for a subscription. When it's not working, I have been a customer for a long time. I don't think I should have to pay for this repair. If anybody does read these messages, I would like a response”

“Thought repair fee was rather extortionate to be honest when you consider the only fault was the usb port was out of alignment and would not accept the usb lead...”
