Good amount of protein. Way better than other protein bars from an ingredient perspective.
I did struggle to chew and finish the bar in one sitting, got a bit tired from the chewing and dryness. But saved the bar for a bit later and was all good.

“A protein snack for grown-ups. Don't expect the same experience you get with chocolate-coated bars. This is certainly drier and savoury but the flavour is delicious and the nutrition is significantly better. I've had no digestive issues that other bars cause and am getting a solid 20g of protein with little cost in fat, sugar, additive or overall calories. These even work out cheaper than other bars too. It's a win-win.”
