It's an on-going battle to balance functionality with taste and palatability, but one that we are certainly working hard on.
It's worth us reiterating that the products are incredibly natural, just 6 ingredients, with no artificial preservatives, flavourings or added sugar. In addition to them being high in protein, they are also a convenient source of fibre.
We welcome all feedback and take this aspect very seriously. We will endeavour to improve, and hopefully at some point our products may be a fit for you.

“The air dried beef does taste good at all. Nothing like beef jerky or any other cured meat. It tastes processed if I’m being honest. Tried all flavours and the chilli one was the only one that slightly masked the taste of the “processed meat” taste. Won’t be buying again. Hard to stomach and I am not a fussy eater.”
We genuinely appreciate any feedback and apologize for the disappointment experienced with the taste on this occasion.
We're sorry to hear that the beef didn't meet expectations and didn't taste like traditional beef jerky or other cured meats. However, it's really important for us to stress that we do not use any sodium nitrate, sugar, or artificial flavourings which most jerky, biltong's and cured meats do use to enhance flavour.
We are consistently working on our recipes and process to improve our offering whilst not compromising on ingredients.
Once again, we are thankful for the your honest feedback, hopefully at some point in the future our products may be a fit here.

“Ordered a mixed box of Original and Chilli. Tried the Chilli today, they are really tasty. My only downsides would be they are a bit dry but then most protein snacks are and also the price, £3.30 per bar with delivery is quite expensive.”
