“The headset where the L bracket broke was about 6 months old, and it broke when putting the headset on. Since there is supposed to be a 3 year warantee, it should have been waranteed, but I was told that "they didn't know what I did with it". The headset had always been stored inside with its case. I didn't feel that it had been abused in any way. Was disappointed that it wasn't waranteed.”
