“I discovered "Rugged" living in SoCal. I Now Live in Iowa. And, I have "Base-Camp" set up in the Ranch house, (M-1 mounted in desk top power supply cabinet). My fiberglass antenna is on the Rooftop, on a 20ft steel pole. An "M-1" in the F-250, and Mini Van. When we are out on the Horses, or The Wheelers we are using the "R-1's"... 2-way communication at it's Best... RUGGED RULES @THE DEZ & @THE RANCH Jimmy D.”
