“Had an intermitant problem with headset. Sent headset with cable and adapter to Rugged for eval and fix. They determined the adapter was the problem and replaced. Great service and timely. Rugged is the place to go.”

“These are too long, tend to get in the way, tooo weak, easily bend, and when bent it destroys them. Soon you get terrible sound, it cuts out etc. I am going on my third replacement. They and need to be redesigned to be more durable and shorter. However, when they work right, the STX soundis great, the music is great. Rugged reached out to me after I wrote my review, sent me a refund to cover replacement cost, talked with me to hear what I had to say, send me a return shipping lable to send the badone back, then emailed me to let me know they are going to use that to see if they can improve it. Great to see a company that cares! Great the stand behind it. Iy ou get and STX sytem, just be sure to mount the jacks in a way they woll not hit anyhting that can put pressure on them, and you should be fine.”
