“With the great reputation that Rugged Radios has I expected nothing less than the great customer service I got. Andrew spent a generous amount of time walking me through all my options and helped me find just the right solution to my needs. I really appreciated being able to call and talk with someone at the headquarters, who knows the products and isn’t reading off a script. Seems like a small thing but when you’re building a system over the phone and actually working the problem out as you go, well, I’ll just say it would have been impossible any other way. Thanks Andrew and thanks Rugged Radios for being made in the USA!”
