“Only reason i am giving this 3 stars is for the simple fact of pricing vs technology. I went with this unit for the simple fact that it was the cheapest option that I can get with blutooth as well as vox options. The unit works as it should but rugged radios really need to have true stereo output with all their intercoms and not charge 800+ dollars for a model with stereo. Stereo technology has been around for almost 100 years now, there should be no excuses why it cannot be implemented without costing 100's of dollars extra. Like I said this unit works well and as advertised, but im not 5 star happy with not getting stereo output when spending over 1000 dollars after everything needed to get a intercom setup.”

“Had a somewhat unique issue with a ground loop error and static on transmit. Talked with Austin at Tech Support and he had us fixed up and squared away in no time. Cannot that him enough for knowing the product and getting us squared away. Can not say enough about RR support and the quality of their product. “We'll made product! Good fit and finish for my Maverick X3. They were really helpful making sure I had what I needed to complete the install. I was a little bummed they wouldn't match their Black Friday deal because I bought the package earlier. I spent over $1,500 and referred a friend who spent the same. So charging me $40 for a part they gave away on black Friday seemed a little petty. Other than that it was a good experience.”
