“Wanted to install an intercom and a radio that did ham 2m and 70cm bands plus FRS/GMRS. Bought a Btech uv-50x2 and the 696+ intercom and dash mount kit from Rugged Radios. The install went flawlessly (see pic). The only wrinkle was getting the interface cable between the 696+ and the radio working correctly. Rugged Radios helped with that and it all works exactly as I wanted it to. Very pleased with their products.”
