“I had to purchase a new cable because I could not get the old cable to detach from front my first intercom. The wire separated from the plug. In the past 12 months I had to replace my radio along with my intercom. This is the second go around for me in my 6 year old Can-Am !!!! I’m really not happy with rugged due to the fact that my equipment hasn’t lasted half the time that your competitors did in my sand car which was 17 years, without a problem!!!!!”

“For some reason these cables don’t last, I have even run them through tubing thinking I was tying them too tight, which would cause a crimp”
