“I'm a newbie to using intercoms and headsets. Wasn't sure what I needed. I ended up calling twice to get help with product and modifying an order. I spoke with Randy and Jason. They were Awesome! “I was excited to try these 2 sets out because I like to hear music and don't care for the weight of standard headsets. They were good until we started moving. I could hear okay but nobody could understand what I was saying if I transmitted. They claimed there was excessive background noise, induced noise, or static when I would transmit. I switched to my helmet and problem solved. Going to try them with only one on the intercom and see if one or the other has issues.”

“The gel ear muffs work great. I can wear them all day without my head feeling like it's been in a vise. I would recommend that RR provide better instructions on installing. Once we found the secret (rolling the lips inside out and than folding back on the ear muffs) we were able to get them on in a couple minutes with two people.”

“I would say these are required for comfort for wearing any over-the-ear headset. The soft gel covered cushions are comfy, but cause sweating on warm days. These cloth covers keep the sweating to a minimum. I can’t wear my headset for any extended time without them.”
