“I ordered these radios in yellow for the high visibility at the last minute for a jeep weekend my husband and I had planned. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. I called Rugged Radios when I realized 2 days later that they hadn’t shipped and, long story short, they’d tried to contact us to let us know but we had not gotten the voicemail. The gray radios were in stock so they overnighted those to us and we were still able to get them in time for our jeep weekend. The radios are well-made and work great! Customer service was amazing to talk with-and yes, I actually got to talk to a real human when I called! Definitely recommend!!!!”
