“Product is well made and very solid. The controls are confusing and the instructions that come with radio or are available on line are not clear and lack detail.”

“Would definitely never buy a handheld again due to not being able to use channels 15 through 22 the most widely used channels when it comes to gmrs. No where in the descriptions does it say anything about these channels not being able to be used due to licensing and other companies having licensing to use those channels. Seems to be a good quality radio but being with the lack of channels I don't see any reason to own one of these radios.”
