“First order got the wrong product. The return process was simple and worked well. I can’t figure out how come it took fedex a week to ship it back and it only took the usps 2 days to ship the right ones to me. The set worked great. No issues. They are nice for places with lots of noise. Sounds are clear and the volume adjustment is good. I would like to rate it higher but I’ve only used them once so far.”
