“The phone help is great they take the time to listen and come up with great solutions. Rugged has a great staff, I don’t regret anything I bought from them. I found them by calling the wrong number and meeting Candice. I was first going to do a helmet pumper and helmet I now have 2 gmrs radios. Handhelds headphones and haven’t stopped down to apparel. you can’t go wrong with rugged. Solid company and Joe , Candice honest, good people and don’t pressure you to buy anything. The tech side of it, always on top of it friendly even when it’s questions about how to do something outside the box. The techs know the products not read off a check list like so many companies”
