“Had to pay shipping to get them repaired under warranty. The customer service is good, same day turn around. I guess time will tell. Hope I don’t have a problem with the the rest of the car to car kit”

“Had a little trouble with the mic on my wife's headset and Austin at Rugged Radios helped out getting us fixed up fast in the most professional fashion. I couldn't be happier with our radio/intercom set-up and their help answering all my dumb questions. Great company and amazing product!”
