“I like what the plate does, I'm not racing so I didn't love the idea of the PTT velcroed to my steering wheel. I think this is a cleaner look. I do have some nitpicks that bring it 4 stars though. The rocker switch cutouts are extremely tight. I don't know if I'll ever get the comm power switch out but I also don't plan to anytime soon. I also don't love that to use this you have to drop about $100 on PTT buttons since you can't swap the ones that come in the kit. And then you also have to spend another $50 on jack mounts. So all in its about another $200 to add this. I think thats a little steep. One more issue is the 12v relocate. I like that this plate had that so you could still use it. However what they don't tell you is that the factory harness won't reach. So I had to get creative with some wire extensions. Lastly I would have liked it to be another 3/8" longer so there is no gap to the underneath storage area and to taper a little better to the console.”
