fit perfect, and was great to install. Eylet for the power and groung were a little large for my specific application. Having said that, it still went together perfectly.

Thanks for noting the eylet size issue; weโ€™re happy to know it still worked out well for you. Your feedback is much appreciated! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ”ง

Probably the easiest wiring for a gmrs radio that I have ever done, and I have done a bunch!

Well-built harness made using quality materials. The cable lengths were just right, and the breakout were correctly located. Only suggested improvement would be to change from a slit cut in the grommet to circular holes to better fit the cables. The installation video was very helpful in showing how to correctly route the harness.

It was a perfect fit, had a preformed grommet so I could seal out water at the firewall. It was easy to hook up and simplified the GMRS radio installation by a lot.

this is a well designed harness but has, in my opinion, a major flaw by not including at least one inline fuse. Every mobile radio I've installed in the past 20 years has included a power cable with fuses near the end that connects to the battery. This is standard practice. I could have hooked it up through the AUX switches in my JL and had fuse protection that way but I just cut off the wring terminals and added a fuse harness to the end. I also had major issues getting the cable through my center stack. It did not just push through like the video install did. I had to take off a little extra plastic but eventually got the wires through

All of our radios have a fuse on the pigtail of the radio itself. As for the feeding the harness through the firewall - if installing in an automatic Jeep JL or Jeep Gladiator it should be a simple process to remove the existing grommet, feed the wires through that opening, then replace the grommet we include within our harness.

Fit perfectly. Firewall plug was a challenge, but I was eventually able to make it seal.

NMO mount is very low quality. Breaks easily. Should be made out of brass or something more substantial
