“I recently purchased an on/off rocket switch setup at the Sand Show, and while I’m happy with the connectors now that I have them, I wanted to share some feedback about my experience. When I initially bought the rocker switch, the expert I spoke with never clarified whether I would need additional connectors to complete the setup. This led to extra time spent later making additional phone calls and placing another order to get what I needed. Had the representative asked just a couple of clarifying questions during the original purchase, this issue could have been easily avoided. I understand that things can get busy, but a little more attention to detail and customer service could have saved me a lot of time and effort.
