“I'm pretty happy with how the system is working after getting it all installed, but I think calling this a kit is pretty generous. There is only 1 thing specific to the RZR pro in this "kit" and thats the mounting plate. The rest is just individual products all bundled together. So there are no vehicle specifici instructions whatsoever. Even the ones included are out of date along w/ any videos I could find. Hopefully my pictures of my cutout will be helpful for someone. The grounding strap for the intercom and radio referenced in both written and video instructions is no longer included. That isn't noted anywhere, you just have find out its missing and contact them only to be told they don't send it out anymore. Also now they do recommend using the pulse bar, you can ignore the instructions and videos about having to go to the battery (at least according to the CS rep I chatted with). I think if they make vehicle specific kits, there should be a little more detail about how to get it into your vehicle. I think the intercom and radio are more than a 3 star product, but this "kit" left me wanting quite a bit more. I had to chat and email support multiple times. Also their 2 hour install is ridiculous. Maybe for someone thats done multiple on the same vehicle. I think I spent about 4 nights and an afternoon in all, mostly because I had to rectify wrong or missing instructions/parts with what I was working with. Probably closer to 10 hours all in with assembly.”

“These communication systems are top notch. The riding experience has been elevated to a whole new level with the ability to speak clearly to one another while riding. Like many others, the exhaust notes our cars make are music to our ears, but this creates difficulty hearing one another during a ride. The ability to speak, not yell... to one another is amazing. Rugged radios are the first item we order when we purchase a new car. Keep up the great work!”

“The system works great with one exception. I found out after purchasing that Polaris Ride Command no longer supports third party Bluetooth connections, such as Rugged intercoms. You can't pair the STX or any other intercom with Ride Command even though Rugged claims you can in their advertising”
