“Great helmet for the recreational SXS rider. Lighter and more comfortable then race helmets,and you can’t beat the price for a wired for sound pumper helmet! “We trail ride in the southeast and chose the GMRS waterproof radio and comm. We always wear helmets so we ordered the quick mounts for our helmets too. This makes helmet installations quick and simple. These allow you to move speakers and mic helmet to helmet easily as well. Once you have a comm system in your buggie its hard to ride without it. Rugged radio sets the standard. We find GMRS is gaining popularity here and our group is adopting the format. Installation was straight forward and clean. There are a few really good videos to help with installation online. The power rocker switch keeps it clean helps keep us stay dialed in. Streaming music via bluetooth is a nice feature. The music volume goes up and down as the mic picks up background noise..... sometimes it thinks your talking so it lowers the music volume. The system is not CHEAP but you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend and will never ride without Rugged Radio!”

“Don’t waste your money on this item, as soon as I plugged it in it started smelling like something was burning, I thought it was normal but a few minutes later the usb port got fried and didn’t charge my battery. It was plugged into a regular iphone charger cube 1A so nothing crazy. Bad customer service since i sent a return request from two weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from them”

“I purchased 2 and they work great! Plug it in your handheld and red light means it's charging and green means fully charged. I say this is a must have for any radio, just about everyone has a usb outlet somewhere.”
