“The machine I purchased had the M1 already installed but my ride group all had the G1 so I called customer service and was told how the wiring harness was the exact same. I ordered the G1, removed the M1/antenna and was up and running within 20 minutes. Being able to communicate on rides made a world of difference!”

“Seems rugged, but I can't say much more because mine arrived with a damaged cable. I contacted Rugged Radios through their portal and I haven't received a response.”

“Used this bad boy as a portable mobile base during a test activation for local community emergency communications. RT Systems software/interface made programming the necessary repeaters into the unit a breeze. The G1 is extremely durable and the receive/transmit quality is excellent!”
