My friends kept telling me that my transmissions were getting weak. This did the trick!

Unable to change star rating for some reason I would give it a 4 star. The base with the long foot mounted up to my jeep well however the vertical mount that attaches to the base did not line up very well with the rear most slot I had to use a thick washer to fill in the gap so I could tighten down the bolts. Only other issue I had with this mount was the two nuts and bolts were not included. I made a call and was told they would ship the missing hardware however that did not happen.

I recently purchased the Rugged radios complete KRX kit and power switch for my new KRX 1000 trail addition. The install went in with no problems excellent quality and workmanship, I was very pleased how the mounting plate fit and looked, I ran the com cables through the center console to the back behind the rear cup holders for a clean look. Thanks again to the staff at Rugged for all your help. Todd C Horne

My old mic finally fell apart. Put the new mic on and the headset works like new again.

No drilling, only need to remove a plastic trim piece and bolt the mount to it. Sits flush with the passenger side of the center console. Unlike other mounts designed to work in the same location, this one has a "foot" that keeps the mount from rotating, which is a problem with other mounts. I like how it isn't designed for a specific unit, so I can mount my GMR25 to it, or I can mount my CB radio (that I hardly use anymore). I'm very happy with the mount, and recommend it for any Jeep JL owner who wants to mount a radio is the place that makes the most sense.
