“RR Team: I think your products and customer service are top notch. Although, I installed my Alpha bundle in my X3 max yesterday as per RR YT video. Headset PTT’s do not transmit after triple and quadruple checking everything. Hand Mike transmits and receive works fine. Anyway, got a hold of tech support this morning and they said to send the M1 and 696 back. They are in the mail enroute to San Luis Obispo county as of this afternoon. Hope to have them back soon with a resolution. Thank you, Don Cockrum Lake Havasu City, AZ 928-706-8412”
