“The product is great and works well. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the process for ordering the full intercom and radio kits should be different. The kits shouldn't come with "free" helmet kits. The initial kit should include the base equipment and mounting solutions for the vehicle. From there, it should lead the individual through a series of questions to get the additional accessories for the individuals situation.”

“This is a game changer. We went from having to yell at each other to just having a conversation. Bonus with the noise reduction, music streaming through my paired phone, and being able to communicate with others on a group ride. Installation was straight forward - the Rugged Radio video was very helpful. The face plate and components fit perfectly in my 2020 RZR 900 Fox Edition. Top notch Customer Service. Had an issue with one of the items missing and some question on the installation and they were quick to respond through their chat portal - got the item to me in 2 days and answered all my questions. Looking forward to many years of enjoying this system...don't know if I could ever go back to wearing ear plugs and yelling at each other ;). Thanks!”
