“I ordered the Valentines Limited edition pack and the Dirty Blond and Milk pack, as a valentines surprise for my wife and daughter. They arrived well packed and on time.
Unfortunately we found them excessively sweet. The flavour profile is dominated by the sugar. The passion fruit flavour is barely perceptible in the background. The chocolates have since been left uneaten in the refrigerator. I ultimately bought our tried and tested brands.
The chocolatier talks about other brands being padded up with coco butter and sugar, yet these are sweeter than the other brands. I was expecting a more refined flavour profile, with the stated flavours coming through more prominently.”
