One of the many things I love about eating Russell & Atwell chocolate is, because it’s cocoa mass is so high and the yucky stuff (like palm oil) is absent, I can really enjoy a (relatively) small amount and feel satiated, whereas with regular chocolate, I feel the need to keep eating it (even though I’m often not really enjoying it) and then feel awful afterwards.
