“After Royal Mail "lost" my order (I assume it's the very chunky mailman...) right before Christmas I contacted R&A to advise them RM was showing dispatched to them but not underway for 5 days. They immediately dispatched a new order by 24-hour courier so my wife and I could pig out on Christmas.
I also had an email exchange before ordering to make sure no hazelnut fillings in the blonde chocolates, and they were very quick to respond and very helpful.
Chocs were great (blond chocolate series) and the service was impeccable. Will order again. Not many companies do this kind of product with this kind of service. Absolutely awesome.”
