“I was gifted a g/f Vergani panettone for Christmas last year and it was delicious - light, fluffy and very gorgeous! So gorgeous, in fact, that I've just bought two for Christmas this year and we're very much looking forward to eating them nearer the time.”

“I used this to make a Panettone Baked Alaska for my friends, including one who needs to be GF. It worked really well, and to my knowledge she didn't have any ill-effects. I gave her the middle to use in her stuffing at Christmas. Great product.”

“I am a celiac and was looking for a gluten-free panettone for years. It’s a desert for me but then I tried this last year and it’s the best I’ve ever eaten!!! Other gluten-free panettone’s are dry but this one is just as it should be: juicy and sweet and fluffy!!! Yay yay yay!!! I am happy now and in panettone heaven thank you”
