“Love the aubergine pesto, however, disappointed that the parcel of 6 jars had a short expiry date of just over a month away - I wasn't planning to eat them every meal. I'm sure they'll be ok for a while past the BB date but going to have to use them in a lot of meals over the next month.”

“This is such a nice pesto, sort of a slightly smoky Mediterranean flavour to it… even my children love it. (Though they’d turn their nose up if I said it was aubergine, oddly). Sadly it’s really hard to get hold of retail these days. I serve it with spaghetti and top with pan fried mushrooms and spinach. Delicious!”
