“I'd ordered a 3 rib joint for our Christmas Day feast with family but we scaled back our plans in lockdown and Salter & King cut it into two for me. The results (for two different family groups) were superb. This beautiful, grass-fed, well hung beef was like nothing I've ever eaten before. Put in on your bucket list!”
