“I have just cooked a piece of fore rib . bought before christmas. so I froze it and cooked it today. It looked great. But when cooked rare left to rest for 30 mins. It was so0 chewy lots of it was just chew chew chew. as a chef I know a bit about food this was the worst I have ever had, and I am nearly 60 so that's a lot of my favourite meat fore rib. not happy writing this but people need to know.”

“Gerrard delivered my meat box to Easton White Horse and it was so admired, especially the rolled rib joint. My hihjlight though is always Gerrard’s pork, the steaks were the best ever”

“I ordered this for Christmas lunch as a special treat. It was easy to cook (and more importantly to carve) and the meat had wonderful flavour. Would definitely buy again and it's making me hungry just thinking about it again!”
