“We love looking at your window - your meat is always beautifully displayed and is of the quality which is worth taking trouble to cook - with delicious results. We do not eat meat everyday and we like all the extra vegetables and interesting groceries you sell which complement your fresh and cold meats so well. It is good to know the meat's provenance and to know that it is local. I used the sausage meat in my chestnut stuffing for the turkey, to make sausage rolls and as a sausage plait for Boxing Day all of which were thoroughly enjoyed.”
