“The mutton was a great ingredient in a Italian easter stew recipe, it added a depth of flavour with anchovies, garlic and lemon. Thanks We also bought a T bone steak, which was delicious!”

“It was very easy to order and the meat is excellent. We had the Hoggett chops, the mutton for mutton Roganjosh and a shoulder of Hoggett which looks superb and I look forward to slow roasting it at the coming half term when my family are here.Look forward to the next offer.
