“I was expecting the shoulder on the bone but it came rolled - was a surprise but not a big deal. Just be clear if you are ordering and need it one way or the other. Loosely followed the 12 hour version of https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2012/apr/20/st-georges-day-shoulder-of-mutton Let it cool after and then blasted it a 225 for 25 min. Enough for 6 with pie for 6 later in the week. Tasted fantastic :-)”

“We were conscious of being inexperienced mutton cooks, but this joint was so easy. We roasted it long and slow, covered until the last half hour or so and the result was succulent, delicious and wonderful flavour. Thank you SandK.”
