“ALL the meat we bought from Salter and King was absolutely brilliant - probably the best turkey we've ever had as was the fillet for our Christmas Beef Wellington. The slow-cooked hogget shoulder really impressed our Old Year's Night guests but we suspected there might not have been enough meat to serve a good portion to 8 carnivores, so we added our regular barbecued venison to the table.... The Porchetta had to go in the freezer for now, but I suspect it won't be there for long! All delivered bang on schedule so just perfect!”
