“The delivery arrived on time and that night we had two of the sirloin steaks. Wow, they were full of flavour, succulent and hardly shrunk. We fried them and they were so tender. The following night we had two of the burgers which are the size of a small saucer! My husband likes burgers and said they are the best that he's had and rates them alongside venison burgers which he loves. I'm not a fan of burgers at all but found these were good. We put them in homemade rolls which turned out not large enough! We also added some Salter and King back bacon and some cheese. Truly delicious. We still have some of the Darrow Green Farm 'Old Cow' in our freezer and looking forward to having it once again. The horseradish that came with is good and simply put, it blows your head off with the heat! We would recommend this especially if you want to eat and savour meat as it used to. When available again we wouldn't hesitate to buy. Thank you Salter and King.”
