“So I must first start by sharing that I had no interest in doing this sort of thing. Zero. Zip. Nada. None. NO INTEREST. My best friend, who is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and who was staying with me for a month, suggested (again for the umpteenth time), that I do coffee enemas.
