“I received 2 reminders to leave a review for an order I never received (and was refunded for), so here is my review. I normally place my orders through The Joe Ball Company, but their website was acting up for me, so I decided to go directly to SA Wilson. Unfortunately, what I was not prepared for, was to wait over a week for my order to arrive, run out of the remaining coffee I had, only to receive a call from an SA Wilson rep telling me my order was held in customs from Canada to the US, and that they had refunded me.
We have used this coffee for almost 5 years. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the coffee, but this ordering experience was disappointing.”
