“Havn't used an oil balm cleanser so it took a bit to get used to. At first I felt it left too much oily film on my face. Once I started wiping it off with a damp cotton wipe instead of just rinsing with water this resolved. It's very good at removing makeup. I use it with care on my eyes and it generally seems ok there and hasnt caused any reaction on my sensitive skin after 2 weeks. I need to use a fair bit, so it may not last that long which may make it an expensive cleanser, but at this stage I am happy with it.”
