The Bricks kit is now a staple in our classroom play environment - it is separate to the construction area so has it's own rules/expectations/conventions for use

How important is it to you that classroom resources are made from recyclable materials and are reusable?
How did the context of farming allow your learners to explore and develop literacy?
There was only limited literacy explored through the topic of farming, as this was quite a foreign concept for my class to take on (ie. we are suburban Auckland, low socio economic area. Closest farm that we could visit costs as much as the Zoo to visit).
