This is a great resource. My only gripe is that it's not demarcated for use at only 1 or 2 levels. I found a good percentage of the class had already engaged with this previously : (

Some great thinking tasks for the girls and this kit opened up some lovely and real conversation in my class. The girls loved the presentation of the resources.

This was a good conversation starter for introducing human rights to a year 10 class. Students enjoyed the posters at this was interactive and could be student directed learning. The envelopes enabled us to create more understanding about one another and helped build relationships - students and teachers alike. their feedback was to have more IT interactive sites for older students. Thanks you !

This is an excellent kit - I love the interactive nature and the question cards. It deals with some delicate content in a way teachers can work with. I will be adapting some of the resources to use in other areas. really good!

Some really useful resources that got students (and some teachers) really thinking about racism within our own lives and communities. Some of the language was a little too high level for some of my students, but overall it was a great resource.

I am really sorry but I am one of those people who reads a book cover to cover before I structure my approach and subject my students to it. Getting the resources in bite sizes and problems with downloading them led to me not using the kit at all. Also, though well intentioned, I do not need cheerleaders to get me through my work day- there is too much to do in life to focus on the wrong end of the stick. I logged in a few times at the start of it all but that became too frustrating. Sorry

We are teaching this in Term 3 but so far for our planning the kit has been fantastic. We are trialling this in a co teaching environment so will let you know how that goes after.
