Using the charging session each morning gave the students the opportunity to stop, think about how they were feeling and acknowledge it through the use of their tokens. They enjoyed reading the green and orange cards, and sharing these with their peers. B
How have the components of the kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication?
Once students understood what they shared was confidential, and no judgement would be passed, they were happy to share their emotions and feelings. The class also became more willing and confident to share with each other.
